Package Plan
Course Policy
Booking Lessons
For students taking fixed weekly lessons
Please consult with the staff in advance to decide your schedule.
You can check your schedule on the student page of the School Scheduling System.

Your set schedule is reserved only for the length of your purchased ticket.
If you wish to continue the lessons on the same schedule, please secure a large package for a long period of time or purchase a new package at least one month before the ticket expires.

If you would like to add lesson time or change your schedule, please contact your school Coto Academy Tokyo or Yokohama.

Please note that it will take around 2 weeks' time to arrange a new schedule.
For students not on a fixed weekly lesson schedule
Please book your lesson times on the School Scheduling System Student Page.
You may schedule your classes up to 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel by 18:00 PM on the day before the lesson via the School Scheduling System Student page.
Class tickets cannot be returned for cancellations after 18:00.
For class tickets that have been canceled and returned, please book the make up class time yourself in the School Scheduling System Student page.
Holidays
Private lessons do not take place on public holidays.
Special Private Lesson Target Students

Students who have special requests related to Japanese language learning for work. Examples include making work presentations, communicating marketing strategies, practicing interviews and other matters related to resume and industry-specific education.

Students who wants customizable language education for higher education or certifications: preparations with the Japanse language tests conducted in countries outside Japan, university entrance exam and Kanji Kentei Test.

Students who want personalized report on their learning progress.

Kids (7-15 years old).

Special projects that require teaching materials to be made from scratch. For example, teaching other language in Japanese as a foreign language instructor.

For students taking special private lessons
After the lesson (on the same day or the following day), we will email you feedback from the teacher.
Please use these notes as reference for your subsequent learning.
We are happy to arrange and book special private lessons for you.
​Please contact us in advance, and we will help you schedule them.
(Reservations for special private lessons cannot be made from the Student page)

To cancel, please follow the same procedure as for regular lessons from the School Scheduling System Student page.
For students taking private group lessons
Even if all class participants are not present (ex: 1 out of 2, 2 out of 3, etc.), the lesson tickets for all group members will be taken. Please take note of this before applying.

If the whole class wishes to take a break, please be sure that all of you cancel individually from the School Scheduling System Student page.
