Our faculty and staff are here to support your Japanese language growth. We are looking forward to studying with you.​

Please complete the steps below before starting your first lesson.
Lesson Day
Please confirm your classroom for the day on your Student Page in the School Schedule System.
Location is that day's classroom number. The classrooms can shift on a daily basis, so please check the room number everyday that you have classes.

When coming to the school for your first time, please arrive 15 minutes early and check in with the 3 floor reception. We will show you around the school.
​​
For students looking to buy their textbooks from Coto the day of their first class, please come to the reception desk well in advance of the lesson start time to purchase your textbooks.
For students who are registered to audit a class, please access the Zoom link from your Student Page on the School Scheduling System. Please use the "zoom URL" link as demonstrated below.

The link changes every day, so please check the Student Page every day you have a lesson.
School Rules
Regarding the school premises
There is a student lounge and Free Wi-Fi on every floor. Please feel free to use them for lesson preparation and studying.

You may eat in the lounge, but we ask that you refrain from bringing any strong-smelling foods or soup dishes that cannot be thrown away with burnable garbage.
You may have drinks in the classroom, but please refrain from eating outside of the lounge.
Safety Measures
Please check your temperature before coming to the school. We ask that you refrain from coming to the school if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or if you are not feeling well.

We have sanitizer and a thermometer available on every floor. Please use these if you did not check your temperature at home.
Updated Mask Guideline
We will no longer require students, teachers and staff members to wear a mask inside Coto Academy. While some of us may opt to wear masks for their comfort and health concerns, some of us might choose not to.
We ask that you respect each other's choices and take personal responsibility for your health and safety. If you experience any symptoms of a cold or flu, please stay home, we kindly urge you wear a mask or notify us and stay at home.

However, in areas shared by other tenants in the building like elevators and stairways, it is mandatory to adhere to the building's mask-wearing policy.
We remain committed to taking all essential measures to maintain a safe learning environment for everyone.
