The original file will be provided as a PDF on the scheduling system. If you wish to purchase a printed version, it is available for an additional 2,000 yen.
Course Policy
Booking Lessons
You do not need to book any lessons yourself as the class reservation frame is automatically secured.
You can check your schedule on the Student page of the School Scheduling System.
Cancelling Lessons
You can cancel your lessons on the School Scheduling System Student page.
Changing Classes
For our Light Intensive Course, the classes cannot be changed after the course begins.
If for some reason you have to change a class, please contact the staff as soon as possible.
Recording Lesson Service
We can give you the lesson recordings when you are absent, but we kindly request that you cancel your lesson before 18:00 PM of the previous day to facilitate this process.
The recorded lesson can be viewed in the Google Classroom. It will be available to watch for up to 1 week. Please note that students who participate in the class may be recorded for educational purposes.
Holidays
There are no lessons on public holidays.
If the number of monthly lessons is less than the contract number due to holiday cancellations, you may receive 1-on-1 class points to take a Coto Online Course lesson free of charge, if you wish. We will add the points within two business days without any notification, please check it out in few days.
For those who would like to receive these 1-on-1 free class points in the case of a public holiday, please contact your school Coto Academy Tokyo or Yokohama.with the subject line "Request for online lesson points".
Coto Online Course lessons are conducted over Zoom. Details can be found here
