Course Policy
Booking Lessons
If you are taking the part-time lessons on the same schedule every week, we will book the same classes every week using all your available part-time lesson credits of your current lesson package when you purchase a new lesson package.
However, you will need to book lessons on the SSS student page on your own after you cancel some lessons. If you would like to book lessons more than one month ahead, please contact our student support staff to make a reservation.
Cancelling Lessons
Please cancel by 18:00 PM the day before your lesson via the SSS Student page.
If you do not meet the 18:00 PM deadline, your class ticket will be counted as used.
Important
In Part-Time course, we don't have the catch-up lesson system. If you'd like to take a make-up lesson, please book 1 private lesson (50 minutes) consuming one of your lesson tickets. You can usually cover 1 missed class with 1 private lesson. 1 Part-time session (100min) can be converted to 1 private lesson (50 min). Of course you can study by yourself!
Holidays
There are no part-time lessons on Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays.
